  • Continual improvement and meeting customer requirements,
  • Prevention of industrial risk rather than detection/rectification and its adverse impact on the environment,
  • Protecting the environment, including the prevention of pollution through responsible recycling,
  • Providing safe and healthy working conditions and following safe work practices for the prevention of injury and ill health and controlling occupational health and safety risks using the hierarchy of controls,
  • Worker participation, and where they exist, workers’ representatives, in the decision-making processes in the QEHS management system to create an environment of teamwork,
  • Managing used and end-of-life electronic equipment based on a reuse, refurbishment, recovery, disposal hierarchy including onsite and downstream materials management throughout the recycling chain,
  • Managing Focus Materials throughout the recycling chain to final disposition with due diligence to protect the environment,
  • Complying with relevant compliance obligations, including laws, regulations and other requirements, as well as taking any additional measures considered necessary,
  • Communicating and reinforcing this policy throughout the company, to all persons working for or on behalf of the company, as well as, to the Interco customers, suppliers and other interested parties.
  • Management regularly reviewing the quality, environmental health and safety management system performance and compliance to ensure adherence to established goals and policies.
